Base Oil

Base oils are significant essential raw materials for any lubes, viz., engine oils, gear oils, mechanical oils, metalworking fluids, hydraulic oils, and greases. In the greater part of the oils 70-90% fixing is base oils. According to API order, Base oils can be categorized into five groups, i.e., Group-I/II/III/IV/V. The base oil attributes are vital in deciding the nature of the finished product.
